Custom Products

• All customized products are non-refundable.

• Custom orders will not be processed until the customer has approved the design mockup.

• Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information during checkout to facilitate timely communication and approval.

Pre-Designed Items

• Pre-designed items available in our shop are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

• If you need to return a pre-designed item for any reason, you will receive a full refund minus shipping and handling fees.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Store Credit

• Store credit is available for all returned items, including pre-designed products.

• Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.
